    If you're interested in becoming a manager or wondering if you could take on a management role, this course is for you. The e-module involves self-study to explore what management is and how you can develop the skills and evidence of experience to apply for a management role. You can complete the e-module in isolation, however, the full Aspiring Managers programme, which comprises management and leadership e-modules, self-study, and a classroom session, will help you develop your knowledge of management responsibilities, as well as help you to identify ways to demonstrate your talents.
